How To Play

Our floodlit fields ensure play can go on day and night, 7 days a week. A Soccer 5 field measures approximately 30 x 22 yards and includes smaller goals and ‘bounce back boards’ – similar to a hockey rink, which keep the ball in play at all times.

Each team consists of 5 players (1 goalkeeper and 4 outfield) and a game last from 30 – 60 minutes. They can be played with or without a referee. For a full breakdown of the rules, download our PDF (48 kb)
